2011
An additional International Study Centre opens in the UK at Royal Holloway University of London.
Study Group announces its first International Study Centre in Ireland. Based in Dublin, the ISC will prepare non-EU overseas students for undergraduate degrees at both University College Dublin and Trinity College.
Study Group acquires Pacific Gateway Toronto and Victoria. As of April 1st 2011, the two schools are operated by Study Group's international English Language brand, Embassy.
Study Group launches its first International Study Centre in Canada, at Royal Roads University.
Bellerbys College Oxford opens new purpose-built centre in the city centre.

On July 1st 2010 Providence Equity Partners LLC takes ownership of Study Group Pty Limited for $660 million Australian dollars. This acquisition marks the next level for the industry-leading international education provider.
New Embassy Study Centre opens in Melbourne, Australia.
New International Study Centre is launched at the University of Lincoln.

Study Group acquires ACPE and AIAS, both of which form part of the Career Education division.
New Embassy Los Angeles Study Centre opens in Long Beach, California.
