Accommodation Assistant, Brighton, UK

We require an Accommodation Assistant to work in our busy Student Services department at the Brighton Study Centre.
 
Highly motivated and enthusiastic person required to assist in the placement of students into homestay and residential accommodation.
 
The applicant should be IT literate, organised and have good communication and customer care skills
 
The residential part of the job will involve checking availability on the database day to day for students and IAC, allocating students to one of the 378 ensuite rooms, liaison with cleaning and maintenance to ensure rooms are cleaned and maintained and informing supervisors of arrivals and departures on a weekly basis.
 
The homestay  part of the  job will involve recruitment of new homestays, placement of students into those and existing homestays and ongoing servicing of the families on a daily basis
 
Hours to be confirmed but will either be 8.30 a.m. to 5 p.m. or 9 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. Monday to Friday, plus weekend cover on a rota basis of the mobile phone
