Study Group is a global leader in the international education and training industry. The International Study Centres division is an exciting new development of University Preparation courses delivered on the campus of leading UK universities.
Due to exciting growth in the ISC division, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales and marketing manager who will have overall responsibility for student recruitment in China.
Main duties:
- Planning and implementation of regional marketing and recruitment strategy
- Channel partner management throughout the region
- Representing the institutions at key events
- Establishing and maintaining links with schools and colleges
- Enhancing conversion rates from enquiries to enrolments
- Providing professional education counseling service to parents and students
Essential Criteria:
- Western (preferably British) degree in business, marketing or other related field
- Native speaker of English
- Solid customer service skills
- Experience in meeting sales targets
- Proven track-record of increasing sales in education or similar industry
- Knowledge of the UK education sector
- Experience in design and implementation of a marketing plan
- Experience in managing key accounts
- Experience in managing enquiries/leads through to sales conversion
- Experience in managing travel within a preset budget to maximize outcomes
- Excellent communication skills
- A high level of professionalism
- A team player
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region
- Willingness to fulfill frequent weekend commitments
Desirable Criteria:
- Fluency in one or more regional languages
- Personal experience of the UK education system
- Knowledge of the Education Agent networks in China
