Maternity Cover Position
Fixed Term Contract commencing 16 June 2008 for 6 months
Job specification:
To provide quality administrative and organisational support for the smooth running of the Company’s Group Sales Unit.
1. Administrative support
- Providing full administrative support to the Group Sales Unit Manager
- Preparation of Powerpoint presentations, reports and ezines
- Responsibility for numerous regular and ad-hoc unit projects
2. Communication with Regional Managers / agents
Assisting with enhancing communications between Study Group departments and our Regional Offices / agents, including:
- Maintaining Regional Office contact data
- Updating Central Agent Database
- Providing updates for our Agent Website
- Congratulating agents on new sales
- Sending welcome packs to new agents
- Assisting with the production of sales support materials
3. Event organisation
Assisting with bookings, catalogue entries and appointments for group wide sales events
Attendance at sales events as appropriate
Qualifications / Experience:
- Experience of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to thrive and prioritise effectively in a busy multi-tasking environment
- Ability to use initiative and take full responsibility for numerous projects
