Sales & Marketing Administrator

Maternity Cover Position
Fixed Term Contract commencing 16 June 2008 for 6 months

Job specification:
To provide quality administrative and organisational support for the smooth running of the Company’s Group Sales Unit.

1.  Administrative support

  • Providing full administrative support to the Group Sales Unit Manager
  • Preparation of Powerpoint presentations, reports and ezines
  • Responsibility for numerous regular and ad-hoc unit projects

2. Communication with Regional Managers / agents

Assisting with enhancing communications between Study Group departments and our Regional Offices / agents, including:

  • Maintaining Regional Office contact data
  • Updating Central Agent Database
  • Providing updates for our Agent Website
  • Congratulating agents on new sales
  • Sending welcome packs to new agents
  • Assisting with the production of sales support materials

3. Event organisation

Assisting with bookings, catalogue entries and appointments for group wide sales events
Attendance at sales events as appropriate

Qualifications / Experience:

  • Experience of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to thrive and prioritise effectively in a busy multi-tasking environment
  • Ability to use initiative and take full responsibility for numerous projects
