We require:

  • Knowledge of relevant admissions procedures
  • Understanding of our customer needs &  Study Group's sales process
  • Relevant previous experience of working in a team
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team

Desirable:

  • Language in market of accountability – Arabic for the Middle East Team and Cantonese or Mandarin for the China Team
  • Knowledge of Bellerbys, and Embassy CES products and admissions procedures (training provided)

JOB DESCRIPTION
 
Reports to: Director of International Admissions Centre

Main Purpose:

  • To implement the department’s customer service measures, ensuring that target response times and levels of accuracy are consistently met
  • To develop, enhance and maximise the quality of the relationship between the regional Admissions team and customers
  • To measure the quality of the experience delivered to customers

Job Specification:

  • Process enquiries and enrolments according to specified procedures, within specified time frames
  • Assisting with payment collection procedures and credit control, liaising with centres, agents and finance manager where necessary
  • Take responsibility for resolution of any customer problems
  • Seek and maintain accurate product knowledge for all UK programmes
  • Liaise with Regional Managers regarding agent relationships to define service strategy  and to manage agent account  building
  • Ensure agent information held on the Central Agent Database for the department use is accurate
  • Monitor regional and key agent performance against enrolment targets
  • Produce ad hoc reports for the department’s Managers or Regional Office
  • Co-ordinate, plan and participate in agent visits
  • Optimise conversion rate for enquiries/sales by maintaining contact with direct enquirers and agents
  • Ensure the most effective working practices for your region are maintained
  • Contribute to the development of the most efficient International Admissions Centre / Centre working practices
  • Assist in training staff in systems, procedures and products
  • Undertake occasional overseas travel as requested
  • Assist  Director of International Admissions Centre as requested
  • Carry out any other duties or projects as requested by the Director of International Admissions Centre
