Regional Director, India

We are looking for a high-calibre sales and marketing professional to fill a key sales and marketing management position in a fast-paced and challenging international education market.

The Regional Director, India will be based in our Regional Office in New Delhi. The successful candidate will be an outstanding sales and marketing professional with the ambition and drive to meet the multiple challenges of a senior sales and marketing role in one of the world's fastest growing economies.

The main duties of this position are:

• Overall responsibility for devising, resourcing and managing a strategy for growth across all Study Group brands
• Growing existing sales channels
• Establishing and developing new sales channels throughout the country
• Providing leadership and support to Regional and Brand staff
• Overall financial and administrative management of our Indian legal entity

Key Selection Criteria:

Essential

• Fluency in English
• Demonstrable leadership and organisational skills
• Successful track-record in sales and marketing in an international education context
• Proven track-record of setting and achieving sales targets within strict financial parameters
• University education to a minimum of a first degree
• Willingness to travel extensively in India and overseas
• International outlook

Desirable

• Sales management experience in a multi-channel environment
• Knowledge of India and/or Subcontinent markets
• Experience of working in a multicultural working environment
