Regional Director, Europe

The Europe, Middle East and Africa region (EMEA) accounts for approximately a third of student recruitment for Study Group. A vacancy now exists within the EMEA team for a high calibre Regional Director to develop sales from Europe into the full Study Group product range worldwide.

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Regional Director for EMEAA, you will:

• Establish and implement a multi channel European sales strategy
• Lead, manage and co-ordinate a multinational sales team to deliver year on year growth
• Drive sales by sourcing new market development opportunities
• Develop strong added value relationships with current and future key accounts
• Establish best practice and play a lead in sales training and development
• Enhance our worldwide customer relationships by working closely with operating departments on customer service and product delivery

Qualifications:
With a close understanding of agent-based distribution in an international education context, you will be:

• A strong leader with a successful track record in sales management within a competitive service environment
• An excellent relationship builder with a clear understanding of the international student marketplace
• An effective motivator, communicator and team player, ideally fluent in more than one European language
• Financially aware with a strong profit focus and the commercial acumen to drive a multinational sales strategy
• Able to offer a sound understanding of Study Group’s global product portfolio
• Able to demonstrate first rate organisational and project management skills
• Able to offer drive, creativity and enthusiasm
