Assured progression to your Degree

Joining the Undergraduate Certificate or Pre-Masters programme guarantees that you will receive a conditional offer of a degree place at Heriot-Watt University. In 2009 100% of Heriot-Watt University International Study Centre students were offered a place to study a degree at Heriot-Watt University. 

Soon after you join, you will be helped to nominate the degree programme onto which you want to progress.

How will I progress to my degree?

The University preparation programmes taught at the International Study Centre (ISC) offer an assured path to a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate degrees.

When will I start my degree?

Once you have successfully completed your ISC course, you can proceed directly to your degree at Heriot-Watt University that autumn. The required pass mark will depend on your chosen degree course.
