MSc Business Management with International Marketing/HRM/Finance

Industry services and the public sector require a regular flow of graduates across disciplines such as business and management, economics and organisational issues in order to maintain competitiveness and ensure the longterm future as technology, economies, government policy and business strategy all evolve.

The MSc in Business Management seeks to produce graduates who can meet this need with both a full understanding of the basic principles of key management subjects and their components and specific personal development in a specialised area or function.

All modules take an international view of business, and focus on practical issues and current topics in management as well as key theories of management.

Semester 1

  • Operations Management and Ethical Management
  • Marketing
  • Financial Analysis
  • Organisational Behaviour/Human Resource Management

Semester 2

  • Business Research Methods
  • Business Economics
  • Competitive Strategy

Plus ONE of the following pathways:

  • International Marketing
  • Finance
  • Strategic Issues in Human Resource Management (HRM)

Dissertation

Dissertation commences in Semester 2, and continues throughout the summer. Your dissertation topic relates to the chosen pathway.
