Masters in Science and TechnologyIntegrated Science and Technology

Master of Science (MS) - 30 credits

Overview: the Master of Science in Integrated Science and Technology (MSISAT) degree integrates study of the sciences, technology and management to provide a broad-based professional education that stimulates intellectual excitement and imparts the knowledge, skills and flexibility needed for a successful career.

Designed for: students who intend to build their careers or who have already some experience in the fields of science, technology, management, consultancy, engineering, education, policy analysis in public or private organizations.

Curriculum: the degree uses a systems approach to problem-solving recognizes the interdisciplinary nature of most current problems confronting governments and businesses. The systems approach is integrated into the curriculum through the interaction of concepts, skills and applications with the social context of science and technology featuring throughout the program’s curriculum. Thesis or project study is in a strategic technology area such as biotechnology, energy, IT, manufacturing and the environment.


Masters in Computer ScienceComputer Science - Digital Forensics

Master of Science (MS) - 36 credits

Overview: both public organizations and private companies are increasingly concerned about securing their systems and the information stored by them again sabotage, industrial espionage and malicious assaults. The MS in Computer Science with a specialization in Digital Forensics degree combines core computer science concepts with an in-depth, technical study of digital forensics.

Designed for: those wishing to make a career in systems and software safeguarding and security, or digital investigations in a wide variety of areas, including computer crime investigations, incident response, cyber warfare, and anti-virus research.

Curriculum: highly system-oriented, with deep insights into how operating systems, networks, and computer programs function, and how those systems relate to forensics and security. Core courses include the forensic process and law, analysis techniques, report writing, digital evidence acquisition, in-depth file system analysis and data recovery, data carving, incident analysis and evidence correlation, memory forensics, network capture and analysis, small-scale device forensic acquisition and analysis.


Masters in Human Resource DevelopmentAdult Education/Human Resource Development

Master of Science in Education (MSEd) - 36 credits

Overview: the Adult Education/Human Resource Development (AHRD) master's program prepares professionals to lead, design, implement and evaluate learning programs within their organization, deliver effective instruction, design ways to improve human performance, facilitate change and enhance creativity.

Designed for: students entering or advancing in positions associated with learning in education, business, industry, government, military, health care, and other public and private sector organizations.

Curriculum: performance analysis and needs assessment, principles of instructional design, design and development of digital media. Concentrations can be in leadership and facilitation, instructional design, human resource management, program evaluation and measurement, public administration, counseling psychology, and secondary education.


Masters in Educational TechnologyEducational Technology

Master of Science in Education (MSEd) - 36 credits

Overview: the Education Technology master's degree develops a broad and deep framework for identifying, implementing and assessing educational technology in the teaching and learning process. Students explore future trends in educational technology, and get extensive experience in designing, developing and assessing different educational technology applications.

Designed for: students wishing to build a career in education as well as current teachers, administrators and professionals in the field of staff development and training.

Curriculum: learning and curriculum theory; principles of instructional design; design and development of digital media; emerging technologies; current trends and research; issues of integrity and ethical behavior within the field. The program ends with a practicum experience in a school or workplace setting.


Masters in Educational LeadershipEducational Leadership

Master of Science in Education (MSEd) - 36 credits

Overview: this degree prepares students to assume leadership positions in both school and district offices. The organizing theme for the program is the school district administrator's central role as the interpreter, facilitator, and initiator of educational change leading to effective schools for all children. The program focuses upon the principal within the context of the school community of students, parents, teachers, support staff, and administration and, the district supervisor within the community of schools. .

Designed for: students with teaching experience or professional employment in a school setting who aspire to be educational leaders.

Curriculum: evaluation and inquiry in education; learning and curriculum theory; technology for administrators; school administration; school law; school-community relations; principalship; school personnel supervision; school finance and management. The program ends with a Principalship or School Administrator internship.
