Helping international students succeed at the University of Lincoln

The International Study Centre (ISC) delivers the programmes we've specifically designed for international students wanting to access University of Lincoln degrees.

The ISC programmes are for overseas* students who do not meet direct entry requirements for the University degrees. Most of the degree courses at Lincoln require British Council IELTS band 6.0 or above. If you don't have a recent IELTS score of 6.0 or above, you may be eligible to study one of our preparation programmes and progress directly on to the second year of an undergraduate degree or on to a Masters degree/

The ISC programmes are a combination of

• English language preparation
• Study skills to prepare you for the teaching and learning at Lincoln
• Route-specific modules to advance your knowledge of the subject matter of your future degree

• While sharing facilities with British students of the University, you will benefit from courses specifically designed for international students
• Class sizes are kept small for closer monitoring of your progress

• On successful completion of the programme, you are assured an offer of a place on a degree at the University of Lincoln. You will not have to apply through UCAS.

The programmes at the International Study Centre are delivered by Study Group, working in partnership with the University of Lincoln.
