Guaranteed accommodation
Overseas students who apply for the ISC are guaranteed an offer of university accommodation during their first year providing they meet the eligibility criteria and apply before the deadline.
The Student Village is the University of Lincoln’s on-campus accommodation located just a short walk from the main buildings on the Brayford Pool Campus.
The waterfront accommodation, all new within the last 10 years, is purpose-built, safe and high-quality.

Lincoln Courts
Located in the Student Village, Lincoln Courts is a stunning University accommodation complex. Situated next to the University buildings and only a short walking distance to the city centre, Lincoln Courts comprises of 17 contemporary buildings of self-catered apartments. Each apartment has a community feel housing 5 – 8 students.
With over 1037 on-campus student bedrooms, the Student Village has an enormous sense of community.
Rooms available
- Standard room – All rooms are equipped with a bed, a wardrobe, desk and drawers. 24-hour free access to the University broadband network is also available.
- En-suite room – In addition to standard facilities, these rooms incorporate an en-suite bathroom which includes a shower, sink and toilet
Riseholme Park
For students studying at Riseholme Park, there is on-campus university accommodation. This is situated in a beautiful parkland campus, just three miles north of Lincoln city centre. Accommodation is offered on a single room basis with shared bathroom facilities.
University approved private development schemes
For students who would like to stay in private accommodation, there are a range of University approved private developments within easy walking distance of the main Brayford Pool campus. These include both en-suite and shared facility options.

Under 18s in private accommodation
Students who will be under 18 at the start of their course and wish to arrange their own accommodation in the private sector must provide an address to the ISC before they can confirm their place on a course.
