Price validity

Price validity
- 2012/13 fees apply to all bookings made after 1st April 2012 for courses starting in 2012
- Accommodation rents are guidelines for each academic year, and are subject to change

Confirmation payment
Important changes to the confirmation payment
Please note that from 01 January 2012 the confirmation payment for each student will consist of:
- £120 Enrolment Fee (non-refundable)
- £1,000 Refundable Deposit
- £500 advance fees
- Insurance payment for Study Care if applicable
- £2,000 Accommodation Confirmation Payment (ACP) where applicable
Tuition fees
The balance of tuition fees can be paid:
- For programmes of study lasting three terms or more: termly, one month before the start of each academic term, or in full in advance.
- For Pre-Masters courses: in full in advance.
Accommodation fees
An Accommodation Confirmation Deposit (ACP) of £2000 must be paid pre-arrival. The remaining accommodation balance is paid to the accommodation provider when due, after arrival, as per their Terms and Conditions.
Residential accommodation is subject to availability and early confirmation is advised.
Making a payment
Fees can be paid by cheque, Sterling bank draft, telegraphic transfer or credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards. Payments by credit and debit card are subject to a surcharge, but this is waived if fees are paid one month in advance of the course start date.Please note that the International Study Centre cannot accept payments in cash of more than £500.
