For a Masters degree at the University of Lincoln you will need:
- A range of academic and learning skills, which you may not have experienced in your home country
- The ability to adapt to a new cultural environment and thrive academically
- The right academic qualification and a substantial understanding of the subject
- The ability to use English in the academic environment to a high standard.
If you do not meet the entry requirements for direct entry to a Masters degree, or want to refresh your knowledge, our specialist Pre-Masters programme will provide you with the required preparation.
Specialist preparation
The Pre-Masters programme is two or three-terms of academic subjects, study skills and English Language training designed specifically to meet the needs of international students.
It will give you the skills, knowledge and confidence to succeed in your Masters study. The three-term programme begins in January, with the two-term course starting in April. Both courses finish in August for Masters start in September.
