The International Study Centre (ISC) offers pathways to LJMU for international students who would benefit from specialist preparation before moving onto their degree:
- International Foundation Year - the best route to undergraduate degree entry
- Pre-Masters - full preparation for Masters study in the UK
ISC courses combine academic modules, study skills and English Language training for postgraduate or undergraduate study. Contact a Student Adviser to apply.
Who are the courses for?
International students whose academic qualifications do not yet meet LJMU's requirements for direct degree entry.
Which degrees does it lead to?
The Undergraduate Certificate leads to degrees in: Accounting and Finance, Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Business, Computing, Economics, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Law, Mathematics, Management, Marketing, Pharmacy, Physics, Politics, Property Development, Psychology, Sociology, Sport Science.
The Pre-Masters/MBA leads to degrees in: International Banking and Finance, BA International, MBA Executive, Marketing.
