University Accommodation
Confirm your booking early for guaranteed accommodation
Students are advised to confirm their place at the ISC early. After you confirm your place, you still need to apply for accommodation online. You can only apply for accommodation once you have confirmed your place at the ISC. All students must apply and secure their room via the online application system. If your circumstances prevent you from confirming early, you will still be helped to find suitable accommodation.
Halls of Residence
The Railyard
The Railyard student residence is run by Unite – a company who specialise in student living. The residence is located very close to the University Sports Centre, and it is a 10-15 minute walk to the ISC. The residences are accessed by a secure key card, and there is an onsite launderette for students use. All flats consist of kitchen facilities shared between 4-6 students. All rooms have private en-suite bathrooms. Rent includes utility bills, and there is free 2MB broadband in every bedroom.

- Classic en-suite rooms - £99 per week

NB: You must complete the online application procedure for accommodation in order to secure a room. Even after you have confirmed your place at the ISC, it is still your responsibility to apply for accommodation online!

Alternative options suitable for long term options
Under 18s in Private Accommodation at the ISC
We are aware that there are a number of students enquiring about our ISC courses who will be Under 18 at the start of their course, and who wish to arrange their own accommodation in the private sector. Please note that we require any student who will be Under 18 at the start of the course, and states that they will organise their own private accommodation to provide an address to the International Admissions Centre before they can be confirmed on the ISC course. Students over the age of 18 are also encouraged to provide the International Admissions Centre with their private address details.
Liverpool Student Homes:
This is the official private sector student accommodation service in Liverpool, providing information about all types of accommodation including houses, flats and larger private developments - visit Liverpool Student Homes website.
Most suitable for short term options, including early arrivals
The International Inn is a three star hostel situated in Liverpool City Centre. There are dormitory style shared rooms or private apartments available. There is a laundry on site and free WiFi access. Prices are from £15 per night for a dorm bed and from £36 per night for a private twin bed room.
If you are interested in staying in bed sit style accommodation you should contact Gavin by e-mail on stamperhomes@supanet.com. Gavin has shared accommodation in the city centre, within 15 minutes walking distance from the ISC. Guideline rent is from £65
