This accommodation is offered on a 38-week let basis, allowing you to remain in your accommodation for the duration of your Undergraduate Certificate programme.
Following successful completion of your Undergraduate Certificate, the University will continue to provide guaranteed University-managed accommodation for the duration of your undergraduate studies. In subsequent years, you can apply to stay in University flats, apartments and chalets.

Study bedrooms: rooms are almost all single-occupancy. In times of high demand, some students may have to share a twin room for a short time.
All bedrooms are fully furnished (including bed, heater, chair, desk, lamp, mirror, storage for books and clothing) and have network sockets installed to enable access to the University’s computing resources, including email and use of the internet. A small charge is payable.
Bathroom facilities: bedrooms in A K Davidson Hall have a wash hand basin in the room with shared shower and toilet facilities located nearby. Andrew Stewart Hall has both en suite bedrooms (i.e. shower/wc facilities within the room) or bedrooms with private facilities (ie. shower/wc located nearby).
Housekeeping: Duvets, pillows and bed linen are provided as standard, and laundered by the University. There are a number of communal launderettes available for student use on campus.
Kitchens: all accommodation is offered on a self-catering basis and residents have access to well-equipped kitchens with ample cooking and storage facilities. Students need only to provide cooking utensils and crockery.
Social facilities: each hall has communal social facilities which include a TV lounge equipped with widescreen TV, DVD and VCR and a games room with table tennis and pool tables etc. All residences are mixed male and female students.
