Everything on your doorstep
The best thing about life on campus is that everything is close by. The restaurants, shops and sports facilities are just a short walk away from the ISC and your accommodation.Places to eat
All University-managed flats and houses have self-catering facilities, so cooking your own meals is easy and fun. However, if you don't want to cook you can find plenty of places to eat, at reasonable prices. Self-service restaurants offer everything from coffee to a three-course meal. The school cafés are also a good place for lunch and are popular with students and staff.Campus shops
You can buy all the basic things you need on campus. There is a food store, newsagent, post office, launderette, insurance agency and bookshop. There are also two banks and three cash machines. The Students’ Union runs several shops including a grocery store and a convenience shop.Health services
The University of Sussex campus offers a variety of medical services including a health centre, a dentist and a pharmacy.Facilities for worship
The University includes people from diverse religious and cultural backgrounds and will respect the needs and requirements of people who adhere to a range of cultural and religious beliefs. There are several places for worship on campus.
