Bursaries and scholarships for 2010-11

We are offering five scholarships and some bursaries which will reduce tuition fees by 20% and 15% respectively.

When are your fees due?

Confirmation payment

Once you have received an offer of a place at the International Study Centre, a confirmation payment of £1000 is required to secure your place. This consists of a £500 deposit and £500 in advance fees. The deposit is held to cover damages and any other incidental expenses. Any monies left at the end of your course will be returned to you.

Tuition fees

The balance of tuition fees can be paid termly, one month before the start of each academic term, or in full in advance.

Accommodation fees

An Accommodation Confirmation Deposit (ACP) of £2000 must be paid pre-arrival. The remaining balance must be paid to the University when due, after arrival, as per their accommodation Terms and Conditions. 

Making a payment

Fees can be paid by cheque, Sterling bank draft, telegraphic transfer or credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. Payments by credit and debit card are subject to a surcharge, but this is waived if fees are paid one month in advance of the course start date.

  • 2009/10 fees apply to courses starting before August 2010
  • 2010/11 fees apply to all bookings made after 31 March 2010, for courses starting in September 2010 onwards
  • Accommodation rents are guidelines for the 2009/11 academic year, and are subject to change

** Additional charges may be made for such items as accommodation security deposits, bedding packs, accommodation specific insurance, University administration fees and other sundry expenses. These items may be charged either to your ISC student account or your University student account.
