We take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we ensure information about you is kept confidential.

Please read it carefully, as by using the Wales International Study Centre website or our services you will be deemed to have read and accepted its terms.

1. The information we collect

We only collect personal information voluntarily given by you when you submit an enquiry, prospectus request or application for a course through one of our forms. We will always let you have a copy of all personal information that we have about you should you request it. Contact us if you wish to access this information.

2. How we use this information

If you have requested information about the Wales International Study Centre, a prospectus, or to enrol on the International Foundation Year, we use your contact details to communicate with you and to make decisions about the best services for you.

We may also inform you of new offers, products, and services which may be of interest to you.

3. How we do not use this information

We will not disclose information obtained from you to third parties (except our prospectus distribution partner) unless required to do so by law or any other governmental body. We will never sell your email address or other details, and all communications from us will contain a clear "unsubscribe" option.

4. Security

Keeping information about you secure is very important to us. However, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be totally secure, so any information that you send to us is at your own risk.

5. Data protection

Any information provided to us may be held on computer and shall be used by the Wales International Study Centre in accordance with UK Data Protection law.
