Streamlined Application process

  • Step One: Contact our expert Student Enrollment Advisor using the online form. He will answer your questions about the English Transition Program and Woodbury University and is there to guide you through the admissions process.
  • Step Two: Send your completed application to us, including official transcript in English, financial statement. Following University acceptance, a deposit will be required to release the I-20 immigration document.
  • Step Three: We will assess your English level. If you have a TOEFL score include that in your application. However, you do not have to submit a TOEFL or IELTS score to qualify for the Transition Program. We will ask you to complete the Study Group Pre-Arrival English Test, to help determine your English level.
  • Step Four: Study Group counselors will review your application and forward it to Woodbury University. If you are successful we will confirm your University offer within approximately three weeks.

Application deadline
Rolling admissions ensures that you can apply at any time of the year (although we recommend that applications are made as early as possible in the academic year).

Transfer applicants
If you have been a student at an accredited university in your home country, you can transfer to Woodbury University. Transfer applications must be accompanied by certified (English) course descriptions, documented hours of instruction, and an official transcript.
