Woodbury University Undergraduate ESL Transition Program
ESL TRANSITION PROGRAM – LEARN ENGLISH AND EARN ACADEMIC CREDITS
The Woodbury University ESL Transition Program provides a fast, academically focused route to regular university classes – combining practical preparation with the opportunity to earn university credits as early as your first semester. The program is divided into two phases:
- Phase 1 builds on basic language abilities by increasing fluency and academic skill for a successful passage to the more advanced use of English. Core classes include reading/writing/listening/speaking and grammar.
- Phase 2 combines English language classes with up to 3 credits of college classes to fully integrate language and cultural integration into the Woodbury University environment.
