Entry requirements for international students



Personal

  • Aged 17 or older
  • Non-American citizen with principal residence outside the USA

 


 

Academic

  • Successful completion of the equivalent of a US secondary education
  • Diploma or acceptable certification of graduation from High School in your home country
  • Proven achievement to meet the University's academic requirements - minimal 2.4 Grade Point Average (GPA)

Graduate /MBA applicants must also have:

  • Completion of the equivalent of a bachelor's degree program from an accredited university
  • GMAT score of 500
  • Professional resume
  • Credential Evaluation Report of your academic transcripts

 


 

English Language Level

An official TOEFL or IELTS score is not required; you will be asked to complete the Study Group English test to determine your level of English proficiency. As you reach our equivalent of the TOEFL levels below, you will progress towards your degree:

What should I bring?

Supporting documents

To be considered for admission to Woodbury University, you must send us the following documentation:

  • completed application form
  • bank statement (in original language and English) indicating adequate funds to support at least one full year of academic study as well as personal expenses
  • photocopy of your passport identification page
  • official copy of High School transcripts in English
  • copy of TOEFL/IELTS certificate or completion of Study Group's English test
  • written recommendation by a teacher or academic staff 
  • student letter (300 words introducing yourself to the university community)
