Study Group Limited is a private limited company operating in the UK and Europe (company number 02325576) delivering RQF level 3, 4 and 6 provision via its network of International Study Centres/Colleges (ISC), which are operated in partnership with universities.

Study Group Limited Board of Directors
The Study Group Limited Board is responsible for overseeing the legal and regulatory responsibilities for Study Group’s operation within the UK and Europe.

Study Group Limited Terms of Reference
The Study Group Limited Board has established the following committees. Reports from each committee chair are a standing agenda item at each Board meeting.
The senior academic body that is responsible for the design, monitoring and implementation of the academic quality assurance and enhancement framework. Academic Board provides assurance to the Study Group Limited Board of the effectiveness of academic governance, and is responsible for approving academic policies and procedures.
Academic Board’s governance framework includes the Student Council; an advisory forum of student representatives from across the network that provides an opportunity for the student voice to be heard directly by Academic Board and by the Study Group Limited Board.
UK/EU Compliance, Risk and Assurance Board
Responsible for ensuring top grade in key areas of compliance, the UKEUCRAB provides a forum for key stakeholders to report on matters relating to risk and compliance. Material compliance matters are escalated, as warranted, to the global Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) committee, which is part of the Group’s governance network.

Leadership Team for the UK and Europe
Leadership responsibility for UK/EU operations is primarily vested with the Managing Director, University Partnerships, who is a member of the Group Executive Committee. Reporting to the MDUP is a team of senior executives with deep expertise in the education sector who are responsible for the day-to-day performance of all operations related to academic performance, and student experience and success. In addition, UK/EU operations are the beneficiary of Group support for all finance, legal and compliance, human resource, and IT matters.
