Agent Code of Conduct 

The Study Group Agent Code of Conduct sets out the conduct Study Group expects all Study Group Agent Representatives to adhere to, contractually or otherwise. 

As a signatory of the UK Agent Quality Framework, Study Group follows its standards and best practices. We are committed to working closely with agents to ensure that they adhere to ethical standards and empower student choice.   

Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy 

The Study Group Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy underlines Study Group’s commitment to comply with all anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws and regulations in any location that Study Group has a footprint. 

All Study Group Representatives are required to comply with this Policy. 

All Study Group employees, business partners and third parties who work for, or on behalf of, Study Group have signed this policy as part of their working contract.

Anti-Facilitation of Tax Evasion Policy 

The Study Group Anti-Facilitation of Tax Evasion Policy underlines Study Group’s commitment to comply with all anti-facilitation of tax evasion laws and regulations in any location that Study Group has a footprint. 

All Study Group representatives are required to comply with this Policy.

HE UK Student Transfer Policy 

View the student transfer policy, which outlines the mechanisms and controls that are in place to facilitate progression to an undergraduate or postgraduate course at a partner university, as well as the process for a student to transfer onto another pathway programme partway through their study.

Student Protection Plan 

View the Student Protection Plan, prepared as part of its application for registration with the Office for Students. This policy applies to all students studying at an International Study Centre within the UK. 

Student Harassment and Sexual Misconduct 

This Student Harassment and Sexual Misconduct webpage is the ‘single source of information’ for Study Group's response to the Office for Students' E6 condition on harassment, sexual misconduct, and intimate personal relationships between students and staff, effective from 1 August 2025.
