Ensuring your health and wellbeing is our top priority, and we're committed to providing support right from the start of your journey with us, addressing any physical health, mental health, or learning differences you may have. It’s essential that you complete the Learning Differences, Health and Disabilities form, which will help us to support your specific needs from day one at your International Study Centre. For any questions about the Learning Differences Health Declaration Form, or if you have not yet received the form, please contact your Student Enrolment Advisor.

Here are some of the ways we will support your health and wellbeing:

  • We will help you register with a General Practitioner (GP), ensuring access to medical services within the local community.
  • Your ISC has a dedicated student welfare team, ready to guide and support you at every stage of your journey with us.
  • We will ensure your additional learning needs are supported with the adjustments you’re entitled to.
  • We understand the unique challenges international students may face and will provide support for issues such as culture shock and homesickness.
  • Your ISC will run social and enrichment activities, which will help you to make friends and build your social network.
  • We are here to listen non-judgmentally about any problems you may face and ensure the right support is given to you.
