Study Group and the University of Strathclyde launch a new postgraduate preparation programme designed exclusively for digital delivery

Leading global education provider Study Group is thrilled to partner with the University of Strathclyde based in Scotland, UK, to offer a new fully online Accelerated Pre-Master's Programme Plus (Digital).

Created by a specialist hybrid team of international EdTech and pathway education experts at Study Group, the programme utilises an education-first digital pedagogy to provide students with pathways to 27 Master’s level programmes at the University of Strathclyde. Postgraduate progression options include courses offered by the Strathclyde Business School, ranked in the top 90 European Business Schools by the Financial Times in 2020.

By creating this online Accelerated Pre-Master’s programme, Study Group is offering students new, more flexible, and cost-effective ways to access their university experience from anywhere in the world.

As Dr Mark Cunnington, Chief Operating Officer for the UK and EU at Study Group comments:

“We have worked in close partnership with the University of Strathclyde since 2013. Based on our excellent collaborative relationship, built on high-quality teaching, learning and academic standards, we have created an innovative and student-centric digital postgraduate preparation programme, which will enable more students to study at the University of Strathclyde.

“With University of Strathclyde ranked 15th in the UK by The Guardian University Guide 2021, our digital Pre-Master's programme empowers students to learn at their own pace and advance to study the postgraduate course of their choice at a top UK university.

“Studying online is also a great way for students to future-proof their career, supporting the development of the 21st century digital skills needed to succeed in the world of work.”

Natalie Cryan, Director of Online at Study Group adds:

“The course is designed to meet the evolving needs of international students, to offer them greater flexibility. Learners will benefit from a choice of programme duration, depending on their current level of English and will gain the language proficiency, academic skills and subject knowledge required to succeed at the postgraduate level.

“Utilising the leading-edge Insendi Learning Experience Platform, students studying this digital programme benefit from an intuitive and accessible digital learning experience, including direct interaction with experts in international education to be able to achieve their academic goals.

“Students will also receive personalised feedback and tailored learning, as well as the opportunity to engage with their course peers online throughout the programme. As a result, they will be able to make lasting connections and friendships, which will enhance their overall student experience and help them to build their international support network before arriving in the UK for their postgraduate course at the University of Strathclyde.”
