Study Group named as a finalist in prestigious global education awards
Study Group and its online education company insendi shortlisted for Education Investor’s Pathway Company of the Year and Ed Tech Provider awards.
Study Group is delighted to have been shortlisted for two prestigious awards by Education Investor magazine.
The leading international education company has been shortlisted for the Pathway Company of the Year award - which it was awarded in 2020 - and its specialist online education company insendi has been selected as a finalist in the category for Ed Tech Provider. The global Education Investor Awards recognise outstanding achievements amongst commercial education providers.
The Pathway Company of the Year award is part of the Content and Education provision category. Study Group was shortlisted for its outstanding responsiveness to students and university partners' changing needs to deliver high-quality, personalised and blended learning, which enables progression to higher education and employment.
insendi was selected as a finalist in the Ed Tech provider category for providing transformational learning experiences in a pandemic, supporting the digital aspirations of universities and offering a tailored, supportive approach for each partner.
Emma Lancaster, Study Group CEO comments:
“We are delighted to be shortlisted for these prestigious global awards. The awards represent the hard work and dedication of our staff worldwide to develop and deliver exceptional learning experiences for our students and university partners.
“It has undoubtedly been a challenging time for the education industry. However, Study Group has been able to rapidly address the changing concerns of students and university partners in ground-breaking, meaningful and valuable ways.”
New initiatives from Study Group have included digital leadership in international education through hybrid and digital programmes of higher education preparation, study skills and academic English language. These programmes have been informed by sector-leading research from academic expertise within insendi. The award also notes collaborative innovation through the pandemic, including the co-creation of student-centric academic and welfare support solutions in China drawing on platforms and channels already known to students.
insendi works with such outstanding institutions as the University of Oxford, Blavatnik School of Government, ETH Zurich and Johns Hopkins University.
The shortlisting of insendi reflects its success in working with leading universities across the world to deliver exceptional student-centred online learning.
Steve Hill, Chief Revenue Officer at insendi comments:

We share a vision to build a better world through education, and insendi was proud to be involved in Study Group’s rapid transition to digital pathway provision. insendi is also delighted to have been shortlisted as finalists for the 2021 Education Investor Awards."
