We are open! The University of Huddersfield – London campus officially welcomes first students

The University

Today marks a proud milestone – the official opening of the University of Huddersfield – London campus.

On Monday 29 September, as the new academic year begins, we are incredibly honoured to welcome our very first students through the doors of our brand-new managed campus.

The University of Huddersfield – London brings together three key components: the academic excellence of the University of Huddersfield, the energy, opportunities and global outlook of the UK’s capital city as well as Study Group’s decades of expertise in teaching international students. From today, hundreds of international students begin their journey with us, supported by expert tutors and student experience teams, and surrounded by everything they need to succeed.

Located at Sugar House Island in East London, the campus is part of a thriving new neighbourhood that blends history and innovation. Just minutes from Stratford, the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, and Canary Wharf, students will get to make the most of all the connections and opportunities London has to offer. From world-class culture and entertainment to direct links with businesses and employers, the learning environment is second to none.

Employability is at the heart of the University of Huddersfield – London experience. Built directly into the curriculum are practical learning sessions, strong industry links, and the chance to build networks that will help students get ahead in their future careers.

We are excited to see the University of Huddersfield – London campus come to life as our first cohort settles in, and to watch this new international community grow and thrive.

Here’s to new beginnings, new opportunities, and a bright future for our students!
